Not having found a place in the usual hotel I go to when I go to Berlin I opted for this hotel not too far from Messe. Decent and spacious room, shame about the carpet and a strong smell in the hallway. Some problems with the coffee machine that for both mornings of the stay struggled to work.

Gutes-Preis-Leistung Verhältnis, war ein sehr schönes gemütliches familien- und jugendfreundliches Hotel. :) Es war generell eine sehr tolle Erfahrung gewesen. Die Zimmer war sauber und es war nichts anzumerken. Ich habe mich gut mit Hotelpersonal verstanden und komme später auf jedenfall noch mal wieder :)

Wirklich eine bodenlose Frechheit. Es steht hier zwar schon mehrfach beschrieben, aber ich war so verärgert über den Service und die Reaktion auf meine Anmerkungen, dass ich nochmal etwas hierzu sagen muss. Rezeption nicht besetzt obwohl von 8-19 Uhr ausgeschildert ist. Als ich dies bemängelte wurde ich von der unfreundlichen Besitzerin angemacht ich hätte doch die Nummer anrufen können. (Nirgends hängt ein gut ersichtliches Schild darüber!) Dann bemängelte ich, dass ich gerne ein Frühstück dazu gebucht hätte, was mir aufgrund der Erreichbarkeit nicht möglich war. Diesbezüglich wurde ich ignoriert. Als ich die Sauberkeit bemängelte (dreckige Couch, Haare im Bett, Staub überall), wurde ich nur angepamt dies würde nicht stimmen. Das Hotel ist alt und schöner dargestellt als es wirklich ist. Ich war geschockt über den tropfenden Hahn und die kaputte Duschtür. NIE WIEDER.
