The woman receptionist named was very rude and ******. She would be smiling to a white guy and rolling her eyes to us the next second (we are Asian.) Check-in needs to be done on the self service tablet, she didn’t offered any help other than impatiently telling go to the machine with her eyes rolling. One of the room initially assigned to us was defective: there’s no WiFi signal in the room. We asked if we could switch to another as everything in the room remained intact and there were clearly other rooms (you can even book a new one right away online!!) She just refused us saying all rooms are full, and saying that she doesn’t care if we would like to leave a negative review online. We had in total three rooms but we found surprisingly no room in a perfect state: one doesn’t have WiFi, one’s sink drainage is clogged, one’s coffee machine didn’t work….. Anyway, none of us had an experience that you would expect from a 4-star hotel.

10/10 had layover there would come again Clean spacious rooms with Desk, Fridge and Nespresso Friendly staff Good location near Train/Metro Shopping center/supermarket nearby + Got it for a very reasonable price And they have a really nice gym downstairs - it has all the things incl squat rack / it's like a real gym. It costs 10€ extra per day - but worth it (is cheaper than most Gym daypasses in Berlin)

The man Front desk it’s very nice the other two of it girl also so nice but just one girl when she saw someone, it’s not polite I don’t know. Is that just about i’m not European

Great stay! The location is super convenient！only a 5-minute walk to the subway station. It’s located in a very quiet and comfortable neighborhood. A huge plus was being able to watch a football match right from the window over the weekend. It was spectacular!

I had a generally positive stay at the hotel, with a few notable highlights and some areas for improvement. One of the standout aspects was the exceptional service provided by the housekeeping manager. He was incredibly attentive, consistently checking in to ensure everything was in order, offering help whenever needed, and genuinely caring about the guest experience. His warm and proactive approach made a significant difference during my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was phenomenal. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and the high standard of hygiene was clearly maintained throughout. The restaurant, however, was more average. While the food was decent, the variety was somewhat limited and did not fully meet expectations. Regarding the facilities, I was quite disappointed. The gym itself is very impressive and well-equipped, but access to it is not included within the standard hotel area, which made it inconvenient to use. This was particularly frustrating, as I specifically chose this hotel because it advertised having a gym. Unfortunately, this limitation negatively impacted my overall experience. Despite these drawbacks, I would consider returning in the future—hopefully with a better deal that reflects the overall value more accurately.
