I stayed here for 6 nights, and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had with any hotel. During the entire stay, my room was never cleaned even once. When I asked the cleaning staff, I was told that my room was “not scheduled for cleaning,” and if I wanted it cleaned, I had to call a small phone number posted near the door. I called that number, but it turned out to be a disconnected line. I then tried to reach support through the app, but it only connected me to an AI chatbot, which was absolutely useless. This place is not a real hotel — it’s basically a self-check-in apartment with no staff on-site. You get a door code via message and that’s it. There’s no reception, no help, and no one to talk to. The bed situation was ridiculous: there were two tiny single blankets, more like ones for children, way too small for adults. The heating system was hidden on a wall panel that took me 30 minutes to figure out — something only locals would understand. There was also no information anywhere about how to handle food waste or basic apartment use, even though the room includes a kitchen. I had to keep my food waste in the room for the entire stay. The neighborhood was dark and felt unsafe at night — definitely not the kind of area where you’d expect a “hotel.” At the very least, the listing should clearly state that room cleaning is not included and that this is a self-service apartment, not a hotel. We arrived early for the check in but spoke to a lady who gave us the code for the door. Our self check in info was not received properly so we needed present a copy of a passport but not having an internet connection on the street we were able to get is sorted out inside the building. The room itself was very clean and had all the amenities required to cook our meals. The Hotel was conveniently located to transportation by either subway or buses. I would stay at this hotel again.
