It was an unpleasant experience. Long story short: the hotel was overbooked and we (including a tiring pregnant lady!) were asked to stay in another one 7 km away, SE-side of Berlin, away from city center, in a relatively bad neighborhood. The clear reason of overbooking is unknown, but this happened to many customers, not just us. It either indicates the hotel is too greedy to deliberately cancel the early orders booked with lower prices (probably us), or that they have a poor management. Either way, it’s frustrating.

沒有前台！沒有前台！沒有前台！電話打不通，衹能WhatsApp打字溝通，而且是機器人自動回覆，聽不懂人話，要很久才能召喚出人工。
房間裏有不明原因的嗡嗡聲，非常響，讓人煩躁，試了客服給的所有方法都沒法消除，讓給換房間説同價位的沒有了，讓我補差價升房。最後我在半夜十一點拖着行李去了別的酒店。
非常感謝攜程客服，一直在幫我爭取，因為有時差，那會兒國內凌晨三四點，但是攜程客服一直在線，響應速度很快。最後協調酒店退了兩晚房費，攜程給我補償了一晚，所有房費都退回了。
