Hier würde ich gern 3,5 Punkte vergeben. Zum Positiven: freundliche, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter; große, saubere und helle Zimmer. Schlimm: das Frühstück. Nichts dagegen, wenn man die Synergien mit dem benachbarten Pflegeheim nutzt. Aber 11 € für ein absolut dürftiges Angebot zu verlangen, ist schon dreist. Neutral: die Lage (Tramanschluss vorhanden), der Hochhauscharme von Marzahn und die Parkplätze (knapp 15 in der Nähe am Haus).

I stayed 2 nights and had overall a good experience, despite of reading some negative reviews about this hotel. It is very clean everywhere you go. I found staff working at the reception less friendly, as those who were serving breakfast (which is very good indeed), they were very friendly and helpful and one of the women (local German) spoke perfect Russian, we had a nice conversation. My room was situated on the 6th floor, but I didn’t find it inconvenient, as the lift was very modern and fast. Unfortunately the TV is only local channels in German language. A complimentary big bottle with mineral water was provided in my room when I first checked in. The only problem with this place was its remoteness from the main tourist attractions of Berlin, but transport links are good and quite frequent too. So if you don’t mind commuting to the main tourist attractions, then I can definitely recommend this hotel.
