Holiday Inn Express ALBUQUERQUE N - BERNALILLO by IHG

I stay here nearly weekly and am always pleased with the cleanliness and how quiet it is.

We travel a lot and this was our first time staying at a Holiday Express. We were so very pleasantly surprised! The staff at this location were friendly and really helpful! The room was clean, had plenty of storage area, and the bed was comfortable! The complimentary breakfast was delicious with a wonderful variety to choose from. I would definitely stay here again if in the area!

Nice facility there In Bernalillo. Easy convenient location. Breakfast in the morning. Coffee bar 24x7.

The breakfast menu unfortunately was not fresh when you have ham in the morning nobody wants a deli ham and that’s what it was. The eggs were not that great. I’m sorry to say but the breakfast I’m sorry it’s just doesn’t do well on top of that your machine for the orange juice, water, and cranberry juice overheat it so you had warm apple juice. Nobody wants a warm apple juice or warm cranberry juice as for the facility it was decent but the breakfast I’m very very disappointed in that I am unfortunatelyI will not stay there again.

Breakfast was great, room was clean, and comfortable, staff were excellent, professional and friendly. Didn’t use the hot tub. Very quiet and pleasant atmosphere, enjoyed my stay.

Convenient area off I-25. Clean and the pool/ hot tub were a great way relax for the family at the end of the day !

Staff was very welcoming and professional. The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast offered many options and all were tasty. Felt secure in the area and numerous shopping and dining options are very close by.

The hotel was very nice great standard hotel love that breakfast was included. My only concern is keeping up with sports going on in your city to have more people working the breakfast when you have teams of kids there.
