It is not very near from tourisms but not really far. The hotel was good but there was construction ongoing which made my stay stressful.

Great experience! Hotel was very kind to give us a free upgrade for my birthday and even brought us nice desserts! Had a great birthday in bern! Very conveniently located and quiet too

The hotel is very new and the rooms are clean. The staff are very friendly and informative. We can take the monorail for free in the city, which is worth a praise. I recommend everyone to stay here.

The room facilities are a bit shabby. The hotel has turned the sofa into a simple bed because we checked in late. I don't know if the air conditioner in the room was turned off near the vent, but there was still a buzzing sound. The front desk was nice and could store luggage. The hotel breakfast was not very good. The bus is quite convenient. Bus No. 9 goes directly to the city center, but there are many different routes on Bus No. 9, so it is easy to take the wrong bus.

The room is quite big, with separate wet and dry areas. The location is good, right in front of the Expo. There is a No. 9 bus from Bern Railway Station that goes directly to the hotel entrance in 10 minutes. It is very convenient. We pulled out the sofa bed and it became a bed. The hotel gave free bus tickets. There is luggage storage service.

Service: The front desk service attitude is very good, but the English is not very standard. When checking in, they overcharged the parking fee (we didn't actually drive), and later the overcharged fee was refunded to the card. Overall good. Facilities: The room is large and comfortable. When I first checked in, I found that the TV had no power and the hair dryer was broken, but after contacting the front desk, the maintenance master quickly solved it and it had no impact. Food: I think Switzerland is expensive, so I didn't order food at the hotel. Overall: The hotel is in a good location, with convenient transportation and close to the rose garden. After dinner, the family slowly walked over and it was very comfortable. If you bring children, it is worth considering.

The room was clean, the heating was good, and the food was good. I was very satisfied, but then there was a fake foreigner at the front desk, a master of mounting, who had emptied his parents' pockets to get a front desk job. He couldn't understand Chinese, and his actions made me feel like I had eaten fly ****. I hope I won't see him on the street when I go to the Netherlands after a few more years of eating youth food.

The reception staff are very friendly. The hotel has convenient transportation, just opposite the station. Rich breakfast.

The location is very good. The train station can be reached by tram directly here. There is also a tram directly to the city center. The front desk is very friendly and provides free city transportation tickets. The room is also quite big.
