Big disappointed on how small the Junior Suite was. For $281 a night, we expected good service and larger room.

The property is an hour from home, but the experience felt like a resort visit a great distance away. Couldn't ask for a better time particularly since it so close to home. The Steak house was great and the Maitre de and staff were fantastic. Shopping opportunities were wonderful. And the buffet, deli and Timbers gave us several options.

The hotel room was very nice and very comfortable. The only drawback is that the parking for the hotel is quite a distance from the hotel so you have to walk quite a long way lugging your bags with you. The only other thing is I was a little bit disappointed that there was no refrigerator in the room. I would think a place this nice would have a refrigerator in the room and most places these days do have a refrigerator in the room because people always bring drinks and things they want to keep cold. I had a good time though and I enjoyed the room.

Room was clean and valet was phenomenal. Room service and ****** security was terrible. We got carded every time we entered the building despite being guests of the hotel. Called room service for food on Friday night 9pm and was told they weren’t open. they wouldn’t even send up silverware for food we bought elsewhere. Made us come down to the lobby market to get plastic utensils. Most vending machines to buy water were out of service.

Staff was great. Room was very nice—big and clean. Service was very good and the food and drinks were all solid. It was a first stay at the hotel (we have been there before for dinners and concert) would not hesitate to stay again.

I loved the spacious shower with the seat. I loved the clean room I loved the space in the room as well as bathroom. Staff was friendly as well. My number one is Fourwinds Hotel
