Holiday Inn Express & Suites BESSEMER - BIRMINGHAM SW by IHG

I was on travel for my mother-in-law funeral and I had booked the double bed but once I checked in, double bed room was not available, instead I was given a one King size bed. and later on-duty manager provided me with roll away bedroom which took most of the room and very inconvenient to move about in the room.

Liked it. No problems

Hello! This is an amazing place to stay, and their customer service is truly exceptional. I shared some laughs with the front desk staff, which made my experience even better. I definitely recommend using this spot—it’s a little away from downtown, but close enough that you won’t feel like your car is far away, if that makes sense. I can't wait to stay here again! They are very attentive to cleanliness and consistently keep your room stocked with fresh towels. Breakfast is delicious.

Breakfast featured a variety of hot foods made fresh. The beds were comfortable but the shower was not as hot as I’d prefer. The grounds were clean and the staff were very kind. Also the coffee was free and good.

Everything was great!! We were in town for a dental appointment. They allowed us to a late check out because our appointment was at lunch time. Thats was amazing!!

NO COFFEEIN THE ROOM!! for sustainability reasons? Stated there was coffee in the lobby. No lids, coffee machine flashing "rinsing required" Sent a notice on the TV that I could check out online at 0410 AM. Bright, lit up the entire room and woke me up way too early.

Breakfast was top tier as always and the bed and pillows felt Soooo comfortable.

Nice enough hotel but we are retired and prefer a quieter environment. It was very busy with large family’s.
