A's Holiday Beach Resort

A's holiday is an excellent property to stay in south Goa (especially for family with kids). Good location, good staff and amenities and geberous host. There's a pool to relax and staff comes to cook you breakfast in your duplex villa.

I have stayed here a few times and i find it one of the best places in South Goa. The owner Aggy has always been friendly and extremely helpful in all counts and i have never had any issues with him. My villa was clean at all times, the bedding was changed on a daily basis and the food the chef cooked me each morning was perfect. It is a quiet location and situated close to the beach which is handy. I would highly recomend.

I wish I could say my stay at "A's Holiday Beach Resort" was decent, but the owner completely ruined it. From the moment we walked in, the guy was super rude and didn’t care about anything we said. The room had issues—like the shower barely worked and the place was dirty—but when we asked for help, the owner acted like we were bothering him. It was like he couldn’t be bothered to do his job. The whole experience was a mess, and I’d never stay here again. Avoid this place unless you want to deal with a total nightmare of an owner.

The worst part of our stay at A's Holiday Beach Resort was dealing with the owner. Avoid A's Holiday Beach Resort at all costs! The place is a complete disaster, and the owner is even worse. The rooms were filthy, outdated, and full of bugs—nothing like the photos online. The entire resort looked rundown and poorly maintained, with broken amenities and a dirty beach. When we approached the owner about our concerns, they were shockingly rude and unprofessional, brushing us off like we were a nuisance. They clearly don't care about the guests or the condition of the resort. It's a shame, because this could have been a great place, but the neglect and terrible management ruined everything. We left early and will never come back.

STAY AWAY!!! Owner is VIOLENT, AGGRESSIVE and a THIEF. I am warning you all to stay away at all costs before things turn badly for you. He was very disrespectful and throughout my stay, it became apparent that the owner lacked the basic understanding of customer service and professionalism. He was constantly trying to rob more money from me, showcased a complete disregard for guest satisfaction.
