I had an early morning flight so I decided to stay close to the airport to catch 5 hours of sleep the night prior. Unfortunately for me, my room had stains on the pillows, flooring and walls along with hair in the towels, toiletries and all over the toilet. Usually I can make places work but the cleanliness of this room was pretty unacceptable. A health hazard waiting to happen.
Due to my time constraints, I attempted to make the best of my situation and ended up getting only 2 hours of rest due to the room being super cold and there being no heat. The wall unit was also extremely loud if you did try to run it and the overnight staff seemed like the would rather go stand in the middle of the highway instead of mustering up any sort of energy to help you. It all seemed like I was inconveniencing them to pay to stay at their establishment.
All of that to say is if you are looking to stay here because of a cheaper rate, just spend the extra money to go stay up the road at the Hampton or something. It’s not worth it staying here, even if they paid me to come back I wouldn’t.
