Hyatt Place Bethlehem

From the moment we walked through the door to the kind person making us turkey sasuage on request at breakfast to checking out, everyone was very kind. Our room was very clean! The location is great to be able to walk to many restaurants, coffee and little shops!

I had a great stay at the Hyatt Place in Bethlehem. The hotel was very well kept, clean, and comfortable throughout my visit. The staff stood out the most — everyone I interacted with was polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Their professionalism made the stay even better. I’d happily stay here again.

Everything was wonderful and the staff was so nice. From the time we arrived to the time we left it was perfect

Room was clean. We went to the bar to have a drink and they had a “happy hour” so we were given a cheese and cracker board. That was a nice surprise!

Hotel in great location with parking garage across the street. Parking is $27.00/day which is reasonable for a downtown parking garage. Rooms were very spacious, clean and well-appointed. Staff very welcoming.

Very nice, clean hotel. I would rate a 4.5. The staff were very helpful and provided great customer service. We received the type of room we requested. The complimentary breakfast was very good, and the breakfast workers were friendly. The hotel location is close to excellent, reasonably priced restaurants. I would recommend the Apollo Grill and Twisted Olive.
