"The hotel is located on an uphill area, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, massage shops, bars, and a 7-Eleven right next to the hotel. The area is quieter compared to the lively center of Betong town, which is about a 10–15 minute walk to Betong Clock Tower. Alternatively, you can easily take a tuk-tuk, as there are many on standby in front of the hotel. We personally chose to walk since we enjoy strolling around. The hotel provides free parking, including a rooftop parking area, with a security guard on duty, which is reassuring. The room is very spacious and comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.Thank you!"

"Was on a short 2d1n trip with family. Booked for 4 rooms and allowed for early chdck in when we arrived at 12 noon. The 3 rooms assigned to us were outdated with old furniture and light in room was dark but one room at higher floor was remodernized. Restaurant was nice. But seem like low number visitors to the town besides malaysian, some part of the hotel like abandoned or closed down. Ample parking spaces for car and buses. Located at town centre with foods and massage shops around the hotel."

The accommodation is designed in a minimalist style with clean, neutral colors. The sleeping areas are individual bungalows with curtains for privacy. Despite being a hostel, it doesn't feel cramped. The interior is clean, the beds are comfortable, and pillows and blankets are provided – attention to detail is excellent. A special highlight is the balcony on the second floor, offering stunning city views – perfect for relaxing or taking photos. Overall, it's a hostel that offers comfort, privacy, and a great atmosphere for the price. If I have the chance to return, I would definitely choose to stay here again."

"First time staying in this hotel. It is a newly renovated small tiny boutique hotel with only 3 floors and 9 rooms. No lift and other facilities are provided, it’s more of an overnight hotel, just for sleep & rest. We stayed in the top floor, room 888. Checked in around 4pm, the room was like oven, very hot & stuffy. Worst is the urine smell in the room. We immediately on the air-con thinking the smell will go away after a while but it didn’t. We requested to change room but was told the hotel is fully booked that day. They only provided us an air freshener for spraying in the room. The twin room is rather small, one of the beds is just in front of the toilet which you can’t feel the cool air directly from air-con. This plus the urine smell from the toilet is rather torturous for those who sleep on this bed. The hotel’s soundproof is rather weak. We were woken up by the noise of hotel guests who talked & laughed in the middle of the night around 1am. The only plus point is its location, within walking distance to the vibrant town area. However, for the price we paid, there are definitely many other better hotels to choose from in Betong."

"The hotel is very premium! The staff also very friendly and very good service! Nearby the cities and attraction👍.Around 300m to Kasong Wholesale market, Night market, can walk to reach! The photo is the view from the top floor, 5th floor and this hotel contain of two cutiee cat!! One things to take note that the hotel is not contain elevator. So, for elderly recommended to select 2nd floor for the booking. The benifit of top floor is after eating 100%, can walk 5 floor for exercise, hahaha.🤣 The top floor bathroom is smelly although it is very clean, hope the owner/staff can solve this problem🤔 Overall, the hotel is premium and good! Recommended!"

"Excellent location! It's just a 10-minute walk to the Clock Tower, which is surrounded by tons of restaurants and shops. The hotel isn't brand new, as it's definitely got some years on it, but for its age, it's incredibly well-maintained. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit. Super satisfied! 👍"

"A unique experience staying in this resort especially if u are a dog lover. The owner has a lot of pet dogs roaming at the property and several entertaining parrots too. Breakfast was delicious. 20mins walk to the clock tower. The only minus point was the Aircon was not cold enough for the big size room, and it was very hot during the day. But the overall experience was very satisfying."
