Our family needed to be centrally located for several weeks for work and summer activities. This house proved to be the perfect fit. Check-in was easy, kitchen was top notch. It was an extremely comfortable stay for us and would stay again without question. The neighborhood is quiet despite being right off a major boulevard. If you are a walker, you will find it a terrific starting point. We walked to Culver City, LACMA to name a few. It was the respite in the city we needed. Hope to be back!

Not Worth It
Contacts the host provides are unavailable and there is no assistance on Saturdays. Daily deliveries for a tenant in the rear are left here so there are constant knocks on the front door by couriers. It is off of a busy street with sirens, car alarms, racing cars and police helicopters circling low overhead. There is a lock box on the front door and a large for sale sign in the front yard. The door hardware is wobbly, and the trim and wall around the front door's deadbolt is damaged. There is no viewing hole to see who is at the front door and no window treatment on the large kitchen window. The ice maker did not work upon arrival, the last water filter change was Jan 2022 and the refrigerator shelves are dirty. The microwave trips the breaker. There is a handle missing from a kitchen cabinet drawer and the pantry door is damaged. The kitchen knives are dull, the sheers rusty and the pots and pans deeply scratched. There was 1/8 roll of paper towels and no dish towels. The walls are scuffed, furniture dirty and damaged, light switches soiled and construction dirt in drawers. The hair dryer filter was clogged. Large black aunts came up from the drains that did not drain well. The white tub is cracked and painted over with yellow paint. On the master shower fixture the shower head symbol turns on the rain shower and the rain shower symbol turns on the shower head. The house has a foul odor, I suspect from the master shower drain, mold, a lack of HVAC maintenance, cheap filters.

Nice comfortable house in the center of LA
We came on a trip to visit some colleges and therefore, we were going to be all over the city. This location was fairly well-located to get to colleges in different parts of LA. It's across the street from a shopping center, so you can get anything you need, and quite close to some great restaurants and LA must-sees. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was very functional, with new appliances. We had an easy check-in and check-out process, and parking for our rental car was very key! Would recommend this for a family coming to LA who is going to be moving around the city and wants to stay someplace more comfortable than a hotel. Thanks you!

Nice place but missing more
My spouse and I were excited to stay at this place for the week. The location was great even if it wasnt exactly in Beverly hills like the listing said. The house was clean and had new appliances as well. We weren't looking to cook during our trip so the only thing we used was the microwave and coffee maker which worked just fine. My biggest gripes were the lack of TV's and the beds. There were no TVs in the rooms and the only one in the house was tiny. The beds were broken and only meant for super skinny people. They were super cheap quality beds and we got no proper use out of them. I considered staying in a hotel from how bad the quality of sleep was. The number 1 thing a house should have is a solid bed and this house did not deliver. They sent someone to come work on the bed but it was only a band aid trying to compensate for a bed which needs a brand new platform and something to keep it from moving all over the place.

Comfortable family stay
We stayed here with our family of 3 youngsters and it met our needs. The place was comfortable, clean, spacious. It was across from Target, Starbucks around the corner. It was great. The best part was the shower!!! It was all you could ask for shower wise.
