The Beverly Hilton

The bathroom felt like it hadn't been cleaned. There's no snack bar, and the mini-fridge was empty, with no water to drink. We were told to go to the water dispenser next to the elevator to get some ourselves.

Construction outside meant we drove around four times trying to find the hotel entrance. We ended up parking in an obscure spot and waiting for the valet. Called for a toothbrush but it never arrived. From midnight, there was deafening music on the 7th floor, which went on until 2 AM – impossible to sleep. Apart from the room being somewhat clean, the overall experience was terrible 👎. If you're not good with English, best to avoid this place.

The room is very new and the environment is excellent. Great location and very clean.

This well-established luxury hotel boasts a prime location and beautiful surroundings. Due to a construction site on one side, we were given a room on the other side. The hotel only offers valet parking; alternatively, guests can find parking near Beverly Hills. The room was spacious with excellent natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The bedding was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel breakfast was fantastic. Each person ordered one food and one drink, and ordering more was perfectly acceptable. Every dish was exquisitely prepared, with beautiful colors, aromas, and flavors. The restaurant is on the top floor, offering a superb view. Ideal for a relaxing vacation!

The soundproofing was terrible; I complained in the middle of the night and finally got the neighbors to turn off their TV. Breakfast was charged twice, but I contacted Ctrip (the travel agency), and they were very helpful, getting my money back – commendable! When traveling, it's always a good idea to check your bill before checking out.
