Hidden secret if you’re visiting San Antonio. 7 miles from the river walk and all kinds of restaurants and stores within just 2 or 3 miles. Includes breakfast and wine/snacks (at 5:30 pm), complimentary business center with PC’s to print out docs (which turned out to be a lifesaver), really nice staff, large rooms, good firm beds, cleaned rooms every day, free parking, quiet area, etc.. I have traveled a lot for work and personal and this hotel fit the bill for all the amenities we needed. I am sure there are nicer hotels with more elegant decor, etc, but we stayed six days and did a lot of site seeing so this this hotel was perfect for us and was a great value for the price.

The room was clean but the shower was not tall enough for me, no usb ports anywhere in the room, shower head was old and leaking, water base body wash and hair soap, which it disappears quickly. No power exhaust vent in bathroom.

Property was pretty clean overall, furniture was nice and didn’t seem outdated. Check in staff was friendly and informative. She let us know there was a 5:30-7:00pm Happy Hour where you get 3 free glasses of wine per adult and some snacks. Popcorn, chips, and nachos. Cute especially if you have kids. Location is AMAZING. Right next to North Star Mall and so many good restaurants. Also close to San Antonio zoo and the Quarry market where you can see a movie, shop, and lots of dinner options. Location and staff were amazing. Only reason for the 4 stars was the bed was probably the worst one I’ve ever slept on at a hotel. My only complaint. Keep up the great work!!

The lady on date 1/3/24 at check in desk at 3:30 PM aprox was wonderful she deserves a BIG raise! The lady at 11AM front desk on 1/4/24 was great also! Pear Tree San Antonio has great customer service, clean smelling room and bed, comfort and breakfast was great too. Fast shuttle service to Airport. Thank you!

Everything is great, the only feeling didn’t like was that it feels like you are the only one in the hotel, besides the clerk receiving you at the front desk. But did like the complementary snacks and drinks they provided.
