What a horrible experience, was met at the end of my stay with this lady called Evelyn screaming at me and telling me they were gonna charge for 2 rooms, she kept interrupting me & not letting me finish a sentence. It ain’t my fault she & the other shift manager couldn’t communicate with each other. They had me jumping from one room to another because my original room’s AC wasnt working, a total of three rooms. I swear this lady shouldn’t even be working in this industry, she had no people skills & had no idea how to de-escalate the situation. She should at the very least be reprimanded or fired. Iv’e never had an issue at the hotels I have stayed, till today
