Recently changed names. But a great location and very clean stylish room the staff in the bar/ restaurant are amazing. Very friendly The breakfast in the morning fantastic. Very good quality and so was our evening meal couldn’t fault it

Just returned from our stay in Bexhill at ‘The Wayfarer Rooms’…they used to be called The Seaspray Rooms. We went to a show at the Del La Warr Pavilion, the Rooms are literally located over the road from the venue, perfect location. We parked overnight at the pavilion. Our room number 9, was cute and quirky on the top floor ,that we requested. Well decorated and designed . Breakfast was lovely ,served by friendly staff…would 100% recommend and we will definitely use again …thanks guys!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the hotel restaurant. I sat for 50 minutes (from 9:30 to 10:20 a.m.) waiting for breakfast that never came. I had placed my order immediately after being seated, yet during that time, two other couples arrived well after me, one about 20 minutes later and another about 30 minutes later. I watched both couples receive their meals, eat, and one even finish entirely, while I was still waiting. What made the situation even more disheartening is that I was the only Black woman in the restaurant. It’s hard not to feel that this played a role in how I was treated. When I politely approached the server who took my order, she only said, “It’s cooking,” without any genuine concern or apology. Despite the room itself being nice, this experience left a very negative impression. It felt neither inclusive nor welcoming. No one deserves to be ignored or disrespected after paying for service. To all foreigners, especially Black guests, I would advise you to take your dignity and your money elsewhere. Everyone deserves respect and fair treatment.

Clean, comfortable room, friendly staff and excellent location.

Lovely stay , would stay again . Room quite warm but did have a fan and opened windows . Nice modern facilities .

The bed was very used .. sloping in the middle didn't sleep..wife the same.. breakfast was good and staff lovely

Sea spray rooms Was not expecting a lot and was pleasantly surprised. Staff were amazing and knew exactly what they were talking about. Always busy and super friendly. Food very good. Clean and welcoming. Definitely would recommend.

Fantastic room overlooking the sea. The staff were incredibly helpful This time we had room one. Previously room2. Both were excellent. I think that we found a great place to stay and would recommend it without reservation

Perfectly located right opposite the DeLaWarre (convenient parking) and a 2 minute walk from some excellent restaurants including Pebbles and Trattoria. - and the beach. There is a friendly bar underneath the rooms. Room 6 was very nicely furnished with a cracking bathroom and comfortable bed. It was a little warm but a powerful fan was provided. Had a little trouble finding it as the sign could have been bolder but just go into Calvers bar on the corner and the helpful staff will help. Excellent breakfast!
