Avoid this hotel.They made big fraud and humiliation when i arrived exhausted after long journey in europe .Once i arrived they told me theres no available room for me .after i provided the reservation which was paid. the receptionist start apologies and he said that a group has booked the whole hotel.that was 2.30 after midnight i was homeless .
I escalate this matter with trip but in vain as hotel of course replied by a lot of lies.Avoid them especially if you have a family joining you because they are without mercy at all.
Even Trip couldn't refund me because they believed hotel guys more(So no client protection at all even you drop it and insult ).
now i have to sue them to court to get my money back those cunt.

it was really a big nightmare it was super dirty, the shower head was broken. case the strap was broken I would like my money back!!! This is really the first time I have experienced this and I would like my money back, otherwise I will take action on this

The facilities inside are all broken, and the bar downstairs closes at three or four in the morning every day, which is very noisy! No one cleans the room, give a bad review

Postives: excellent location. A 2 minute walk to the middle of Istikal street. Comfortable bed, with a lift and excellent service by the hotel staff.
Negatives: rooms are not soundproof and are opposite a lively club - so can get noisy. The rooms are ok, but could do with a little TLC. Some broken fixtures.
