Lovely staff at the reception. Kopila Gurung was very kind and helped me with all my questions. Overall the hotel has nice facilities like a sauna, a pool and a gym. Prices are very reasonable

In my experience, the overall environment is delightful. The welcome guests receive at the entrance is unique and creates an amazing first impression. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Daily linen changes reflect excellent housekeeping standards. The staff are professional and courteous, especially Ms. Kopila Gurung at the reception, who is smart and highly professional.

The bedrooms are comfortable. The bathroom floor is quite slippery though. Otherwise the room emenities are adequte. We enjoyed the hotel meals which are plentyful. Ms. Malati Chaudhary is friendly and her colleaques are helpful too.

Really impressed with the hospitality. Specially thanks to Ms. Riya and Kopila from front office. They are excellent with their job. Really appreciate it. Overall experience was good.
