Friendly staff at the hotel. The location is close walk to Durbar square. Unfortunately breakfast is served from 7 to 8:30. It would be helpful to have breakfast end at 10am.

The door was closed and I wasn’t able to check in at all and I was charged full. I tried to contact them on their provided number for more than 10 times but they didn’t received the call.
