I had the pleasure of staying at The Nanee, and the experience was truly excellent. The hotel is genuinely charming, beautifully maintained, spotless, and very welcoming. You immediately feel the care and attention to detail in every corner. The staff is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and attentive; they make you feel not just like a guest, but truly cared for. The breakfast is delicious, with great variety and quality, and the restaurant in general is excellent. The dishes are well prepared, flavorful, and served in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. The location is also perfect for getting around the city easily, making it very convenient to explore. Last but not least, the morning tour offered by the hotel to discover local rituals and traditions is something truly unforgettable. It’s an authentic and enriching experience that allows you to connect deeply with the local culture. To make everything even more special, there is also a lovely farewell gift, a small but meaningful gesture that leaves a lasting impression. An absolutely wonderful hotel! I highly recommend visiting. You can enjoy a peaceful stay surrounded by the Himalayas. It's so quiet that you can clearly hear the calls of the animals. The hotel staff are beautiful people, full of hospitality, and they truly go above and beyond. Thanks to your thoughtful care, I had a fantastic trip. The restaurant offers a good variety and is enjoyable. Breakfast was a delightful mix of Nepali dishes and American breakfast items.

What a stay! Wow, this hotel blew our expectations out of the water. From the moment we arrived, the location was beautiful overlooking the hills, valley, and mountains on a clear day. The atmosphere was so warm and welcoming, it was a delight to chat to the owner and be in his company. He offered us tea leaves fresh from the garden, and sat with us chatting away on a number of ocassions, Immediately we extended our stay by another night, as did another 3 people who were staying there. The place is very clean, the beds very comfy, and the rooms a great size, with hot water in specific hours each day. Also would love to recommend the lemon and honey tea, with wild honey. What a treat! More of a homestay welcome than a hotel, go there, you will definitely extend your stay. We will be back again to stay and throw some more acrobatics :D

The hotel is in the forest, leaving some main roads, so it is very quiet. The building presents a classical castle, the outdoor platform is stacked, the garden garden is natural and elegant, rest, dining, viewing, indoor and outdoor shuttle, the snow-capped mountains in front of you, green plants, flowers are in full bloom. Every employee is very kind, the room is very large, and the door is the Himalayas.

Best luxury hotel in Nagarkot. Booked this hotel to celebrate my husband birthday and after our EBC Trek. We stayed 3 nights and spent our time resting in the room, watching Netflix. The room was so cozy. Bed was comfy. The hot water jacuzzi was god sent. After using the jacuzzi for 20 mins, the body felt so relaxed. I also went for their trekker massage and Gold facial. It was the best experience ever. Hot water heater works perfectly well. Breakfast was well spread with Asian and Indian fusion cruisine. The ala carte menus was god sent with so many varieties of snacks, alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, different varieties of cruisine from Asian, western. You name it, they have it. And room services can be done via online. Even guest can schedule their room cleaning services via online. Booking of massage/ facial are done via online too. Every morning, I catch the sunset at our balcony. It was so magically beautiful. Highly recommended hotel!!

Amazing location for a hotel. The view from the veranda of the Himalayas was great at sunrise. The room was nice and the guys at the hotel were really friendly. They were able to tell you which of the mountains you could see, including Everest. Nice selection for breakfast and the dinner menu was really good too. Also only a couple of minutes walk from the Sunset viewing point and not far to drive to the lookout tower.

It is about a 2-minute walk from the end of the local bus from Bhaktapur. Access to the city center is better than any hotel. The entrance is a little confusing. The room is very spacious and clean, the wash basin, shower, toilet, all water pressure is strong, and hot water comes out. There is no heating facility, but there is no problem because the futon is neat. Both dinner and breakfast were substantial, and Talcalidalbert was quite delicious even though I ate in Nepal. The mother is also very kind.

They are in a location where its very difficult to return from, unless you use their service of 4500npr to at least to return to main kathmandu for 2pax. with their pricing, and the guests count they usually have, they can easily afford a regular shuttle bus or transport, that they can provide which pick/drop visitors to a certain main location on Kathmandu. otherwise all good

This hostel is really unique. I loved feeling like I was staying in the bush as I looked out at the trees through my window in the morning. It was pretty cold and there's no heating in the room, so I struggled to get out of bed, but the bedding kept me warm enough throughout the night. Unfortunately, they didn't have a kettle in the room to help keep me warm with a little hot water, but they did give me a thermos of hot water from the restaurant when I asked about it. The shower also never remained warm for long. These shortcomings were made up for by the unique environment and the wonderful views up at the restaurant/communal area. On the last day, I could see the Himalayas clearly from there. It was beautiful. There is also a great variety of reasonably priced food at the restaurant. The hotel is also about 10 minutes walk from the centre of town and 10 minutes walk in the other direction is a great place to view the sunrise. The staff were happy to help out and give directions when I asked. Of course, it would have been even nicer if they had offered some of that information on my arrival rather than waiting for me to ask. Overall, a great place to stay!
