All the service provided by the hotel staff is perfect and professional special thanks to housekeeping team Laxmi, Siddharth, Abhishek verma,Himesh and Sanjib were professional and well trained. Everything is good.

Food and bevrage team was very good and helpfull/ polide Location was very amazing. Basicely ayush rawat was very helpful and understinding.

The hospitality was very gud..we had a great experience with all the staff..Aditya was very courteous and watchful attender.

The ambience was nice, and the vibes were quite calming. There could have been some more variety in the food, and there was a lack of taste in the Indian foods. The staff was quite courteous too, and served us well. In the balcony area though, some people were smoking, which should not be allowed at all! Overall, the restaurant was nice but the main thing: the food, could have been much better,

we were glad to see that Hyatt came to our city Bhopal .splendid location. Modern amenities of a branded hotel. Good staff. We went there for a dinner buffet but it was highly disappointing. price were high but there were very little options in buffet. starters were served cold as if bought from freezer and food was not at all flavourful. highly disappointing experience. they must improve their service, variety of food and taste.
