I have been staying at Kwality’s Motel Shiraz for the past 6 to 7 years now, and I can say it is my favorite place to stay. Every visit here is consistently comfortable, making me feel right at home every single time.The hospitality is top-notch, but I want to give a special shout-out to Irshad Khan at the front office. He is an absolute professional—always supportive, welcoming, and ready to assist. It is the dedication of staff members like him that makes this hotel stand out.If you are looking for a place that combines comfort with a highly professional and supportive team, I highly recommend Kwality’s Motel Shiraz. I look forward to many more years of staying here!

It was an amazing stay, services were excellent, well maintained property and hygiene is their priority. Food was delicious. Must visit property.

We recently stayed at Kwality's Motel Shiraz in Bhopal. While the hotel itself is well-maintained and the rooms are comfortable, our entire experience was ruined by the unprofessional behavior of the female staff member at the front desk. She has no manners and does not know how to speak respectfully to guests. Her tone was extremely rude and dismissive, which is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. It is a shame that such a nice property is being represented by someone with such a poor attitude. I hope the management takes strict action and provides proper training on guest etiquette.

Mr. Jitendra has been instrumental in upholding the highest standards of guest service and operational efficiency at the front desk. He leads by example and has earned the trust of both guests and team members through consistent professionalism and attention to detail every guest is welcomed warmly and checked in smoothly. His ability to handle difficult situations with tact has directly improved our guest satisfaction scores. Runs the front office team with clear direction and fairness. Staff scheduling, training, and motivation are handled proactively, resulting in low absenteeism and high team morale. Mr. Jitendra is an asset to the property. His dedication and leadership at the front office have a direct impact on repeat business and our online reputation. Highly recommended for continued growth within the Rooms Division. ---
