A special mention to Mr. Rajesh Sir and Ashmita for their warm welcome and exceptional hospitality—they truly make you feel at home. Ajab, Yogesh, Pukhraj, Shravan, and Mahinder are all incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring every guest has a comfortable and memorable experience. And of course, Umar deserves a big shoutout—he’s an amazing barista! His coffee is simply outstanding, crafted with care and full of flavor. You can really tell he takes pride in what he does. Overall, the combination of stunning surroundings, great coffee, and such a wonderful, welcoming team makes this place truly special. Highly recommended! ☕

The overall stay was very smooth and peaceful, very cozy rooms and scenic views, ghazal nights and complimentary breakfast was served very well. Dinner at Zaika was really amazing and very good service by Shoeb ji, Santosh ji & Prakash ji. Staff is very respectful and humble. Location 10/10 Value 8.5/10 Cleaning 10/10 Noise level 10/10 Our family really relaxed well here and this is the best stay among all our stays. Thank You for the respect and humbleness. And showing us the essence of heritage with luxury.

My wife Manisha and I had a truly exceptional dining experience at the restaurant of Noor-Us-Sabah Palace of Bhopal last night! From the moment we walked in, the historical, heritage ambience, offering a 1920s royal experience atmosphere was warm and inviting. Our server, Pradeep Negi , was attentive and knowledgeable, guiding us went above and beyond to make our evening special, offering stellar recommendations. The dinner was cooked to absolute perfection. It's rare to find such high-quality food, attentive service, and a reasonable price point combined. We will definitely be coming back!"

Everything here was perfect. We had a coffee,shake and pizza and the taste was awesome. Staff was also well mannered. Rajiv Bhaiya's service was phenomenal.
