We stayed here in may for a couple of days as a group of 3 families. The comfort and hospitality is unmatched. They go out of the way to make you comfortable. And especially they were very helpful with the kids Ghanshyam ,Jitendra & Ganesh from housekeeping were very helpful and sincere. Would definitely come here again.

My recent stay at Jehan Numa Retreat was truly exceptional. From the smooth booking handled by Mr. Sourabh in sales to a seamless checkout, everything was perfectly managed. The ambience is beautiful and peaceful, the food was excellent, and the hospitality was outstanding. A special thanks to Mr. Mustafa at Reception, Mr. Santosh at the restaurant, and Mr. Rakesh at the entry gate for their courteous and attentive service that made our stay very comfortable. A perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and great service—highly recommended, and would love to visit again!

Worst experience regarding food and hospitality. Very short buffet menu for dinner. Worst service at garden restaurant and buffet dinner restaurant.

Excellent Location due to its proximity with Van Vihar. It is difficult to believe that such a natural place exists in a big city like Bhopal. Staff are also very courteous and helpful. I would like to name Mustafa, Rahul, Arwind and so many of them. Carry on. Make greenery more dense and green by opting for big, shadowy trees , rather than just bamboo plantation.
