We had a wonderful experience at the reception. Truptika was extremely professional, courteous, and attentive throughout our stay. She handled every request efficiently and ensured a smooth and comfortable experience for us. Her warm hospitality and excellent customer service truly reflected high standards of professionalism. location was good. it was easy to access restaurant outside. room was well maintain and enough hygen. staffs are very kind. swimming need to be improved. since the pool was rooftop without any net, pigion came. also there were many dust in the water. since there were no towel, i needed to ask house keeper to bring. shower there near the pool. that was nice.

The stay was wonderful! The staff is truly professional and empathetic. At the reception, Pooja and Truptika were at their best. Recommended.

The food was good, and the rooms were clean. Although the fridge wasn't working, but everything else was great. Highly recommended!

Service is too bad. Front office does not have any clue about guest relations.People are working in resturant don't have courtesy also.They have 15 mins express food delivery but never deliver in 60 mins also.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The food was really good, and the staff were very polite, friendly, and interactive, Specially Khushbo,Aditya, sonu, Rajan, shubham which made the experience even better. The overall service and atmosphere were excellent. The only area that needs improvement is the laundry service, as it was not delivered on time. Apart from that, everything was great!
