Location is good . Well connected. But it’s not the hotel I would recommend you. Rooms are really poor maintenance. Parking is outside in some open garage. Basic foods are ok . Rooms are really unclean, full of dust and web. Bathrooms are also similar conditions. Basic amenities like kettle was broken. We somehow spend the night as we had to check out early morning. Note - those who travelling by road . It’s far from the highway. You will get better nearby hotel .

It was a very pleasant experience for me there. The hotel is one of the best budget hotels in Bhubaneswar because of its location. It is a short walk from the IT hubs and has a number of restaurants nearby. The hotel's ambiance is good, and the hotel staff is polite, cooperative, and well-***nered. The rooms and service are also nice, but it's a bit on the pricey side. An evening at this place is a must. I recommend this place for your safe stay.

Average Hotel rooms and service also average.. I would give it a go ahead if u dnt find any place around and need a room urgently The rooms are small and the washroom also not really very good and clean

Besdheets and towels seem to be coloured with grey and washroom was not clean.. additionally u order anything as a courtesy u will not keep n pestering the guest that payment needs to be made .. r we running right away and checked out Breakfast very basic and not worth .. if compare Marigold bhubaneshwar value for Money any time

I booked a deluxe room for my family for 4nights which is being extended further for 5more days . We had a wonderful experience at Nilay! The rooms were clean, very comfortable and the staff was amazing.
