We had a large camping plot for a week. This was among many long term seasonal plots. When some of the seasonal plots came back at the weekend it was very noisy and dogs roamed free on the beach and between plots. This was despite signs clearly saying that no dogs are allowed on the beach. Then some other campers arrived during the weekend and it was hugely noisy until the early hours. Loud music was played well past midnight! The facilities in terms of WC and showers were clean and tidy. The pizza takeout was good. The restaurant was poor quality and expensive with uninterested staff. The indoor pool was designed for young children as it was very shallow. My daughter aged 12 hit the floor of the pool coming down the slide. The boat hire was good and the man running this was knowledgeable and friendly. The boats were in great condition . Kids were allowed to roam unsupervised and going really fast on electric scooters across the site without helmets and in electric boats without life jackets. In my opinion this is just an accident waiting to happen and Europarcs are clearly happy with this. Such a shame as could be so much better given it’s lovely location.

Great place, great staff (there could be more) the smaller units are nice but not for extended stays. Signage is lacking. Overall very good.

Awful service, lots of issues with the house and impossible to get help from the reception. Also the swimming pool area is not safe, watch your stuff or can get stolen. Overall no concept of service and very poor management, which needs improvement

It's a shame that not everyone has been affected, we really see it differently😁We are currently in the park and what a great park this is. With 5 children here between the ages of 0 and 12 and they have not had a single day of boredom, there is more than enough to do and we are very lucky that our house has everything taken care of and close to the center where they can do everything. They had a great time swimming every day, running and playing in the indoor playground, having a great time in the game hall and how much fun the bingo was until late in the evening. Delicious food everywhere and we even had a fair, so much fun! We are very sorry that we have to leave again tomorrow. We had a great time and this is definitely one of our top holidays! And we have already had a lot 🤭 chosen by our children themselves and we have not regretted it at all. We will definitely come back again!

Everything is missing here, much is broken, far-reaching glory, accommodation is incomplete and lack of compassion and finding a solution for satisfied customers. The photos show how they start a season here and charge people a lot for it. If you work here you should be ashamed.

We had rented a large house for a weekend with the whole family with 11 people. In short: House had not been cleaned Eggs on the windows Curtains were half broken (broken) Lamps were half hanging on the wall Walls were extremely dirty (could be repainted) Spider webs everywhere Broken glass on the balcony and around the fire pit You gets fobbed off with a free hour of bowling if you say anything about it. Staff at the bowling alley who couldn't be much more disinterested in their work. In short... for 1400,- I would pay more attention next time... don't go here.

Beautiful park, but the park's employees and management lack soul and commi**ent. No one has ever said hello (except for the animation). It seems they don't see or want to see the guests. Extremely poorly trained catering staff. And there is a lack of attention to detail. They still have to learn that they have to sell an experience/holiday and not just rent out bungalows. It is a beautiful park in a great location near nice environmental factors.
