Good place to relax and take a break from the busy city life. Def won’t be disappointed! They even provide a free shuttle to bring hotel guests to the blue pond at night

Best experienced ever! Very recommend for couple or family. The hotel’s view was so amazing for us, everywhere so romance view for us. The room was so big and beautiful with Japanese room style. For the onsen was so good both inside & outside bath spring. Very easy to walk to Shirogane waterfall point only 2 minutes walk.
Great hotel with reasonable price with 2 meals.

When you come to Hokkaido to enjoy snow bathing hot springs, this hotel is absolutely the perfect choice. The price/performance ratio is super high, the shuttle bus is on time, and the hotel service is quite good. It is suitable for families with children, and there is a free bus to take you to Qingchi in the evening. All in all everything was perfect.

I wanted to book a 2-person family trip for 3 people for a family trip of 5, but the only room that could sleep 3 people was a tatami room, which was too small.
We got 3 rooms for 2 people and 1 person. The room for 2 people was a deluxe twin room, and the room for 1 person was a small room, but since it is not an expensive hotel, it was just that much.
The hot spring was okay and the room was clean, but the bathroom was too small and it was nice to have a humidifier and air purifier in the room.
The heating was made from oil, so it smelled a lot and gave me a headache. I think it would be difficult to visit again.
Breakfast was so-so, and for dinner, the four of us ate together and one person in the single room ate alone. I asked to be allowed to eat together as a group, but the course was different so I was refused.
I felt sorry for my husband who ate two meals by himself during our stay.
