The stay was alright but there was no housekeeping service...had to go down to the reception late evening after we returned from a business meeting to ask why and was given a tag saying you should have hung this on the door outside the room in the morning when leaving..went back and searched, there was no tag in the room nor were we told about this..so obviously, tea, coffee, soap all not replenished and took two more trips to the reception to get fresh ones..

Hotel location is good, in the city center, the surrounding facilities are perfect, there is a Chinese restaurant within a few minutes walk. The front desk brother is very polite and enthusiastic, the room is newly renovated, clean and tidy. The underground parking lot located below the hotel is operated by a third party and the parking fee is 12 euros/night, which is a bit unexpected.

Ok, the night is really cheap and the hotel is right at the main railway station - there should be the expectation as appropriate. Rooms were OK - small but clean, not superfluous snack, just a night option. The price is really very good for a city centre location. The hotel has a free parking for guests, not very large, but nevertheless. Breakfast I didn't try. You are at the main train station in a few minutes walk and from there you are also fast in the city centre. The check-in machine has not worked. Since the reception is not always occupied at weekend, the hotline has to run. Fortunately, the staff was accessible and arrived after a few minutes and made the check-in in the oldest way. Such a machine is an excellent idea in itself if the reception is not occupied - but it should also work reliably. Unfortunately, a tube had appeared to have dropped in the bathroom, thus it smelled badly in the room. After all the outflows have been washed, it has been done. This could also be done proactively...

The hotel is a very good hotel, very large rooms, very staff, and has a spa with 3 saunas, a Turkish bathroom and two relaxing rooms with you and water. The only thing is that you can't use the costume(they used to) , so if you want to, cover yourself with a towel ( take it from the room with the towel) very rich breakfast, but little sweet. Only a little butronic cornets and a single-use nutella box Breakfast room and very elegant dinner, we have dinned on the site, two simple but good hamburgers . Recommended

I have stayed a good number of times at the Park Hotel over the past years. I am never disappointed and the staff always make me feel very welcome. The following items make all the difference for me, as a business traveller. The room is very comfortable, with a good selection of ”accessories” such as soaps, shoe shine kits, room slippers, robes, paper, pens and even a postcard that reception will post free of charge for you. The air-conditioning is effective. There are plenty of electrical sockets for charging and powering laptops , phones etc. but please note that the power to these devices is switched off when you turn off the lights at night. This was a surprise to me. The quality of the food in the restaurant is excellent, and the menu is interesting and varied. The Park Hotel is everything that I seek in a business class hotel and I will always stay there when I am in Guetersloh, and with only a 5-minute walk from the station it is easily accessible without incurring high taxi costs. Thank you to all the great staff!

Although I arrived only at 20:30, the reception was still occupied, I know that too. Very nice staff have received me and recommended where I get something to eat in the center. My room was very spacious, top clean and in shot and tastefully modernly furnished. I liked the black-white photographs in the hall. The night was quiet, only the air conditioning that jumped after the shower could have run shorter, I had already feared to be able to bear the whole night ”company music”. But it wasn't that. Breakfast was rich, even with individually prepared mirror with bacon. Breakfast room is at the same time a public cafe, I found very nicely furnished. Overall I was very satisfied, my laden cable left I had one day later in My post. What more? I'll be guaranteed to stay there again when I come to Herford again.

Greatly dressed hotel with all black and white photos (film theme). Large, warm dressed rooms. The bathroom also looked new. All super clean! We had rented 6 rooms (1 x 2 persoons/5 x 1 persons) for a stock exchange visit. We were on the street side where you're unfortunately sounding a little traffic but other rooms on the other side of the building had not this problem. Staff were more than friendly, we felt all at home. The food (both dinner and breakfast) was nice and extensive. Unfortunately we could only stay for one night. next year again!
