The hotel is undergoing renovation/maintenance. There was no Wifi available and the Sundry area was empty.

We traveled to Big Spring to spend time with family. Our hotel room was very nice. The bathroom vanity area is a little small, but the room was still nice.
The breakfast in the mornings was also very good. There is a part time employee, Connie, she only works weekends, she was so kind and friendly that I think she should be acknowledged. Very pleasant lady to visit with.

At 845 am the hot breakfast was empty- when I asked if it was goin to be refilled. I was told that if she fills it around 9 she always has to throw away too much food.

The hotel staff was very helpful and welcoming.
Parking was a premium at this location. The location is very convenient right off the interstate.

Rude staff breaking laws regarding service animals. Charged a pet fee illegally and I had a fight like hell to get it back.The manager Tracy is bipolar. I show her the law she said "I don't care" this is the brand that does this. Whatever! Then she's over by the side of the hotel all happy and chatting with us like everything's good and then I call her back and she denies even speaking to me. Multiple personality disorder. She lied and told me that my dog urinated all over the room which was a complete and total fabrication. He is extremely trained and let out every 2-3 hours. There was however an incident with the water from our cooler leaking. That might of been it. But I was able to get Joe Patel's (the owner's) home address and telephone number. Tomorrow's project. Tracy you were rude and disrespectful to the wrong disabled old lady.

The bed feels like sleeping on plywood. Very loud room , can everything from the hallway.
