Wow, wow, wow.. my husband and I stayed at this beautiful location almost a year ago - but still talk about it often and just realized we didn't write a review!!! (Sorry Eric!!!) I don't even know where to start, Eric is the IDEAL host, kind, informative, funny, and inviting... plus, he makes the most amazing food I've ever had in my life. Hands down. The artwork in every room is incredible and exceptionally well thought out - each piece was unique and started conversations everytime. Both the communal spaces and private rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. My husband and I talk about coming back to visit from Minnesota, but more for Dreamkatchers (& Eric) than anything else!

We had the most wonderful experience at Dreamkatchers Lake Powell B&B. We stayed for a full week and our room was cozy and comfortable, there was a wonderful patio, a TV / game room, a gorgeous living room and, of course, the breakfast room. In addition, there is a garage-top hot tub with incredible views during the day and during the starry starry nights - with views of the Milky Way! And in the garage is a refrigerator and microwave for storing doggie bags, snacks, or dinners we wanted to eat "at home." It's a small B&B and the other guests were fun and interesting. I was a little nervous about eating with others and I wound up loving every person we met. Eric is a gifted host - creating a beautiful space and a wonderful environment to connect with others. Breakfasts were fabulous! Each day a new treat, beautifully plated and delicious. Eric was so thoughtful in making sure my wife had the perfect gluten free food. There was more to do in the area than we had imagined . . . and we are not boaters! We hiked, went to the Lower and Upper Antelope Canyons, ate in Page where there are a number of delicious options, explored the dam, the Native Bridge Area, hiked to the the Toadstool Hoodos (mushroom like rocks), the areas around Big Water and Page, and went to the North Ridge of the Grand Canyon, stopping at Jacobs Lake Inn for a delicious and fun meal. This is a beautiful and surreal part of the world and Dreamkatchers is the perfect place to stay.

Eric was a wonderful host. He was knowledgeable about the area and had many suggestions of how to use our time. The bed and breakfast was comfortable and clean as well as homey. There was a lot of attention to detail, which was greatly appreciated.

This is a lovely place to relax. It’s exactly the type of place I like to stay. It has character, charm, unique features and a personal touch. The bed was amazing. The overall design of the place adds interest to the stay. I enjoyed a warm welcome and a lovely glass of chilled wine as the sun set. The hot tub is a wonderful feature and a great way to experience the dark night sky - but potential visitors will need to be sufficiently mobile to use the spiral staircase. Breakfast was a unique and specially prepared meal. The location is 10-15 mins from Page so you will need to plan for that and as with many B&B the time of entry is restricted by comparison to a hotel - that’s to be expected but it can be something that needs planning for on a road trip. Overall a wonderful place that I would happily return to if I didn’t live on the other side of the Atlantic! Thanks Erik for a wonderful experience.

Highly recommend this lovely place. Well appointed, spotlessly clean, friendly and courteous service at every turn. Breakfast was absolutely delicious!

We arrived at the property only to find a note informing us that the reservation had 'expired' and we should not try to contact anyone about it but instead look for different accommodation. The host never called or emailed us to confirm that we were coming, instead decided to leave us on the street with an aggressive note. If he ran a 600 room hotel it would maybe make sense, but when you have a 4 room B&B it doesn't take much effort or time to reach out to your guests if you have a doubt on whether they'll be arriving and taking up their reservation. Further, we had been told that we'd be contacted by the property 7 days prior to our arrival with additional check-in instructions, which simply never happened. This extremely unfortunate incident happened during a thunderstorm and on one the busiest holiday weekends of the year so we had to spend 3+ hours calling every possible property within a 50mi radius to find an alternative option. We tried calling the owner of Dreamkatchers too, who of course did not answer the phone although it was 8pm and not "after hours". Directing us to ******* in his rude note was of course not helpful, nor relevant, since our reservation was not made through ******* and we had not reviewed any policies on their website. On top of that, our credit card company and their travel agency intermediary tried calling the owner of Dreamkatchers to mediate our request for a refund for an entire week and he refused to communicate with anyone. Truly the most shameful and inhumane behavior for anyone who wants to claim that they are in the "hospitality" business.

Eric is an absolute wonderful B&B host. Dreamkatchers is a beautiful home that is decorated with the utmost care and eye for details. The breakfasts were absolutely incredible and fueled us up for a day of hiking and activity well beyond lunch time. While we did not take advantage of the hot tub, one day after a long day of hiking, my husband and I just brought back sandwiches to eat on the back patio to enjoy a beautiful evening - and it was such a relaxing setting that was the perfect way to cap off a strenuous day of adventure. It is about a 18-20 minute drive into the town of Page, but we did it multiple times and never thought twice about the distance. I can't say enough good things about our stay...if you are headed to the Lake Powell area or are visiting the Grand Staircase-Escalante or Antelope Canyons, Dreamkatchers is a great choice for a place to stay - highly recommend!!

My wife and I stayed here in mid July 2023. Eric was lovely and very informative. He was helpful and very engaging in conversation about the immediate area and life in general. The breakfast was delicious 😋 and at end of a long day of exploring the roof top hot tub was a great indulgence with amazing views. We would recommend Dreamkatchers to anyone.

Dreamkatchers is a very nice B&B located in a beautiful setting in the tiny town of Big Water, UT, about 10 miles outside of Page, AZ. The decor is elegant, with a unique outside breakfast area overlooking the grounds. The hosts have everything you could need or want - excellent breakfasts, nicely appointed rooms, sitting areas, rooftop hot tub overlooking some great scenery, etc. If you’re looking for the experience of a “real B&B” (i.e. not an AirBnb) with a host who actually lives there, this is the place.
