一般不點評，實在是太生氣，訂房時衹有一個無窗的豪華單間能下單，本想着住一晚，有沒有窗也無所謂，到店辦理入住，到房間實在是臭得沒法，問前台能不能換個房間，有沒有窗無所謂，衹要不臭就行，開始説沒有，再三最問下，説有一間他們老闆住的房，退出來了，需要加錢，説是影音房，於是又退了重新下了單，貴了100，出門在外，衹想住的乾淨，下單也沒有看房，就出去吃飯，晚上回來，也發現房間也還挺大，但是進去問題就來了，一上廁所，糞就從廁所下面漏出來，接著説看電視，又看不了打電話問前台，説客人太多，就用不起，那就睡覺吧，找了一圈，一次性拖鞋和塑料拖鞋都沒有，抽屜裏面還全是灰😤😤，打電話問服務員，説是需要才提供，我就想問下，你們酒店的，客人都是不穿拖鞋嗎？什麼叫需要才提供？第二天退房也是等查房半天不給退，真的體驗感太差了很無語
