We spent 4 nights here when exploring the Basque Country. It was the perfect location - close to the old town and the Guggenheim. We could walk to everywhere in the city, and the tram stopped just the other side of the bridge for if travelling further afield. There were handy shops and a bakery just around the corner and the kitchen was well equipped for preparing light meals - we ate breakfast here every day. The room was spacious, clean and warm, tastefully decorated in a neutral style. Polite and helpful staff. We would definitely stay again next time we visit Bilbao, and will try other hotels from this chain.

The room is compact. The location is very good, just by the river, within walking distance of the main attractions in the city. There are no vegetables for breakfast, mainly custard meat and cereal. There is no ironing board, laundry room, no disposable supplies. The gym is in the basement, very small and no windows. The elevator has ladder control, but it is not very sensitive.

The hotel is in a good location, Bilbao is not very large and you can access most of the city on foot, or by tram. It has been refurbished and has good services, but yes, EYE with the disco that is on the ground floor of the same hotel. From room 709 that overlooks a courtyard, the music rumbled and until 4 in the morning we could not keep an eye, even being on the seventh floor. I told the manager that I was at the Reception at 11:30 pm when I arrived at the hotel, I looked at myself like saying 'this girl is crazy' and the next day I tell the reception staff. If there is a club at the bottom, then they should 1) soundproof the disco well so that it doesn't rumble in the rooms, or 2) change the windows for sound insulators. It has annoyed me personally over the weekend, so I do not recommend it.

Location is about 15 to 20 minutes from the center. I was a little worried about security as it was far from the center, but there was nothing in particular. It may be better not to be too late for a woman alone. The room was large and clean and easy to spend. Towels, hair dryers and hair body wash are provided. Since it is not separated as a shower room, I am prepared to be bishabisha in that area. There is a TV, but there is no refrigerator. The bed was too soft and not too hard and I was easy to sleep ◎ The response of the front desk was also good!
