Very nice little hotel. They were short staged when I arrived and I had to wait nearly 30 minutes in line to check in.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had everything we wanted for a 1-night stay. It was nice and quiet as they said this is their down time. Breakfast was great offering all that you could want to eat. Only downfall is that this is an older facility and needs some updating. The ice machine was out of order, our only disappointment.

The bathrroom was dirty with hair all over the place. Especially the shower. Bed was higher by about 3 inches on one end so sleeping on it was terrible

I checked into a room 269 it was freezing I sat for an hour with heater blasting nothing warmed up, dirty towels hanging in the closet, fridge was moldy, carpet was very stained. Let’s did not work walked up twice with non working keys made the front desk clerk come the last time and she used a new key and got in.
She was very apologetic stating they keep having problems with that room, so with the hotel obviously not full, why put me up there?
Moved to Second room was much better but lot of bandaid remodels.

Two things that most affect my hotel reviews:
1) The bathroom: The bathroom was not clean. The toilet looked like someone had a really bad time but who probably feels a lot better now.
2) Coffee: Single cup Keurig with one cup of regular coffee and three decaf. I drank the good one and threw the three unused decaf cups in the trash where they belong.

The shower was not clean. Had hair and dirt from someone else. Hot and cold water in the sink were backwards. Dangerous for kids if they don't know that.

It's a decent, basic motel that I've been staying at for over a decade when in Billings. Easy access to I-90.

Our entire experience was awful. When we arrived, the hotel did not have our reservation from *******. So we had to scramble for that. The room, upon entering, smelled musty and, indeed was, as there was mold and mildew on the ceiling in the the bathroom, as well as in the shower. There were sh*t streaks on the bathroom wall. Beds smelled of urine. Light bulbs out, drain to sink broken. The back door latch was broken so anyone can walk in at night. We heard from locals that the Sleep Inn allows homeless to stay there in exchange for cleaning rooms. Not sure anyone is making sure the rooms are actually being cleaned. No more Sleep Inn's for us.

The room was very comfortable. The building was clean and looked well maintained.
They were understaffed on the morning. The person manning the front desk was also running the kitchen. The were out of eggs and oatmeal when we ate. What we had was good.
