"I've never seen a landlord like this before. It's so infuriating. They ask you to clean up after your stay or they'll charge you a cleaning fee. I've stayed in thousands of hotels around the world and I've never seen one like this. They say the room must be restored to its original condition and the trash must be taken out. I don't understand. Doesn't the cleaning fee included in the room fee we paid? This is really eye-opening. Ridiculous."
