DoubleTree by Hilton Biloxi

We have stayed at the doubletree several times but it seems to be in need of updating. The room smelled pretty bad and the carpet probably needs to be replaced. The shower pressure was very weak. Location is great, staff are very friendly but the rooms need some work done.

Somewhat disappointed. We understood that the check in time was at 4pm. However , upon arrival, our room was not ready and we had to wait over an hour for our room. There were a lot of us waiting. Somehow they did not have enough housekeeping staff to clean the rooms that were obviously vacated at 11am as I understood, that was the check out time. As we finally got our room at the 5th floor, we came upon multiple available rooms that were available that needed cleaning. We presumed they needed cleaning because the doors were left open. We actually took a peek inside. I should say, I should give them credit. They gave us free dinner or breakfast. We really were not able to take advantage of the dinner offer since after checking into our room, we rushed to gamble at Beau Rivage. Our breakfast actually came with our booking.

The room was mostly clean, the furniture is very dated and the cloth on the chairs is stained. There is some pretty obvious wear in the bathroom around the tub. For some reason they have soap dishes at the bathroom sink but did not provide soap at the sink, if you want to wash your hands you have to use the body wash from the shower. The hotel provides one roll of toilet paper and no complimentary breakfast.

The rooms were okay - clean but it was hard to even get a towel extra and the front staff was bit quite the friendliest

The water was ice cold, the curtains and carpet was stained terribly, and the room had a terrible odor… I will never stay there again… I was so disappointed. If I was staying more than one night I would have asked for a refund

Everything about the stay was wonderful. The cleanliness, staff , free cookies, and the amenities were all amazing.

Got up to the room to get showers and there was no hot water. Called the front desk and they said they were trying to fix it. They didn’t tell us up front that there was no got water. Woke up the next morning to no hot water again. They said we’re still trying to fix it. If I would have known they had no hot water we would have stayed elsewhere but unfortunately they just wanted the money for the two rooms I booked. Will never stay here again
