Margaritaville Resort Biloxi

We love it here! We go to Biloxi every year. Last year was the first time we stayed at margaritaville, and we plan to go back every summer. The hotel is comfortable, clean and fun. The property has a pool, arcade, bar and restaurant - we almost didn’t have to leave the hotel for anything!

I booked a king bedroom with balcony. Walked in and immediately felt stale in there. Our balcony had trash all over it, used tiisue, bottle cap, sizing sticker from new clothes just nasty random trash. No one checked it before we were assigned that room so i did not trust anything else their to be clean. The kids pool area was less than thrilling and trashy looking, but my son loved it and that’s all that mattered. But not something I would pay for again. There is a huge issue with the amount of seating/lack there of and I’m not being dramatic there might’ve been less than a quarter of seating for the amount of people that are at the hotel. So if you need a place to put your things and sit down and relax while you watch your kids play, you might get lucky with one chair. If even that. I will say that the guys checking people in and giving towels were very friendly, but the lady at the Sweet shack’s attitude was disgusting. Her greeting to everybody was “what do you want?” I’m glad my son enjoyed his time, but I will never come back to this place no matter how free anything was, I would spend my money elsewhere.

Margaritaville was very clean, modern, and offered lots of fun amenities. Very family friendly. I loved that I can walk straight out to the beachside!

The hotel stay was ok I just didn’t like the rust stain in the bathtub and my other room had a bug crawling in the restroom

Food overpriced and not great quality Kids gaming area not functional and long wait lines to determine points balance and redeem points Check in process needs to be evaluated Not a good experience this visit.

I booked with trips.com and it specifically says deluxe room with balcony vs standard room with balcony . I spoke with manager concerning this and she said show me the email or go to trips.com . I tried to pull it up but it find not and I clearly told her I paid more for the room and she said , the room I wanted was cheaper but did not honor it . She told me the price change if I changed it .. I have worked for hospitality over 15 yrs and never encountered someone not so accommodating .

Hotel was nice. Nice location, friendly staff, amenities were so-so. The suite booked was not as impressive as what I usually am accustomed to and I don’t mean beyond expensive but it lack a suite experience to me,

We enjoyed everything. Staff were all great. Room was very nice. The only complaint is the armbands. Our kids armbands broke while going down the waterside the first day we were there, and through our stay we noticed multiple people that have lost theirs. If you're going to charge $50 for loosing it, they need to be more durable. I find this extremely unreasonable since they obviously break very easily.
