我是出差的，晚上快十一點鐘入住的，從訂房價格上看應該屬於中高檔的酒店了，訂房時沒有大床房了，就定了個標間，也應該慶幸我定的是個標間！衞生條件慘不忍睹，檢查了另一張床沒有特別的雜物，也是因為天氣晚了沒有叫前台去看，就拍了個照片拍了個視頻！

酒店裝修有些陳舊，但是還是比較乾淨的，房間比較大，周邊環境還好不吵鬧，如果在周邊辦事出差，值得一住！

酒店前台服務態度極差，在已經告知入住天數並説明需要刷卡後仍不不刷卡，導致無法刷卡進入房間，打電話向前台求助後前台態度極差，話還沒説完直接掛電話。前台本來就是服務業，不想幹早點辭職，有這樣都員工酒店倒閉遲早的事。
酒店設施極差，浴室花灑鬆動，一開水就掉下來，排水系統也賊差，每次洗完澡水都排不下去。
退房的時候前台死命催，未到退房時間還在休息，酒店前台一直打電話。又不是不退房，不明白奪命連環call的意義在哪？

1、前台服務員服務態度有待提高，職業素養有待加強（個別工作人員）；
2、你們酒店的花灑是否考慮檢查維修一下？洗澡洗一半花灑掉下來；
3、酒店的Wi-Fi打開個微信都能轉很久，請問你們用的什麼網絡啊，建議換一換，刷個**都能卡真的挺離譜的；
其他的都還好，真的，個別前台服務員不知道是不是職業素養真的有待提高。
