服務意識差，駕車入住酒店要先辦理入住錄入車輛牌照後，車輛才能進入酒店停車場，當時酒店門口停了好多車，我們一人下車與前台溝通後提供車牌號碼，她們很不高興的錄入後才讓進去，其實我們是通過網絡預訂的，要求有停車位服務，第二天在車位前還停了一輛車擋住了我們的出入，車位多的，但亂停放無人監管是問題，4米多長的車沒問題，5米多長的車很困難。另外，房間內頂部裝飾條要落下來了，但沒有處理。圖中照片是將車移出來後拍的。

據説是賓川最好的酒店，房間不錯，乾淨舒適，一樓大廳很有格調，還有免費的茶水飲料供客人品嚐，早餐很豐盛，服務員也很熱情，但是有些細節還做得不夠好，地下停車場陰暗悶熱，指向不好，上樓的電梯裏燈光特別刺眼。總體來講還是留下了比較好的印象，有機會還會來住。

前台服務熱情，住宿需要交按金，這個已經比較少見了。房間還不錯，乾淨整潔。設施較陳舊。空調聲音略響。早餐種類較少，味道一般。
