Best place for healing alone. I really enjoyed this hotel totally. Especially the spa and health gym was very nice. The location also quite nice. Bec has awesome beach area

Managed to book this resort for a reasonable price. The room is okay, with everything a traveler needs. Good that it comes with a balcony. The resort has activities for guests to participate in. There's a free shuttle; you should email in advance to inform them of your need. Most of the food and drinks here are pricey, as this area is generally for tourists, so be prepared to pay more.

Pool villa is big but the place needs some refurbish. Some of the plugs not working and some remote controller not working to sycnhronise with the lightings in the room. Not much eatery in the area and food choices are limited.

Came to celebrate my husband's birthday. The hotel room is nice, the front desk give us free cake and room decoration. But the full board lunch and dinner has limited options with some of the dishes unavailable and the restaurant staff are so slow. We are rushing for our ferry on the last day and have to chase them a few times for our food.

Location is good cos it’s nearby the beach, warung yeah, mini mart. But service, food and cleanliness can be improved. Food was honestly so-so. Service can also be improved. Booked a pool view room with cabana/terrace, and was told that the room I booked for 4 nights was unavailable because it’s fully booked so they offered me a dinner. I had to ask for my other 3 nights to be transferred to an available pool view room with cabana/terrace. Shouldn’t that be a given since I paid for it? I was supposed to be transferred to another room and a housekeeping staff said that our room was ready. After packing up and heading down to the reception, I was told that the room is not ready and I have to wait 1-2hrs more. Finally, I was given another room. It’s ocean view, not even pool view. The pool view was necessary so we could keep an eye on the kids. Kids club was also NOT properly equipped - little toys, cheap quality - so we don’t see the point of having one in the first place. Price point is good, but for the so-so food and service I won’t be coming back here. Anmon and Holiday Inn is far better.

The room was comfy and good to sleep in. However service during breakfast was slow especially replenish the cutlery. There were empty plates and bowls at around 9am and coffee machine always out of use.
