I like the hotel location located at the heart of Bintulu town and next to the famous mall, the Spring which every convenient to shop by walking distance. The front desk staff are friendly while check in. The room is spacious and clean. I’m satisfied with the hotel amenities and service. Only the improvements to be suggest is the choice of breakfast can be more varieties but overall is a nice hotel to be staying.

Very good hotel..spacious room..supersize single bed..high water pressussure ..a lot of parking space..htl beside to the spring mall..just walking distance..recommend htl in bintulu

Wow hotel. Near parkson shopping complex.just walk about 200 metres..breakfast ok..i like the mi kolok and lamb curry.the room was huge and comfortable..parking was free…

Good location, next to shopping mall. Have swimming pool, nice sized room. Easy accessible to town centre. Although rooms need a facelift.

Location is good and convenience, it's near to the shopping mall. The front desk staff is friendly. The only things need to improve is the smell of the wood inside the room is quite heavy.
