The room given by the hotel is quite big. The sanitary cleaning in the room is relatively clean. The service attitude at the front desk is very good. The bed is very comfortable and soft. But the pillow has a peculiar smell

服務非常差，已經提前十天預訂酒店了，結果零下十三度的天，傍晚到了被告知熱水壞了，第二天才能用。還在前台聽到了其他客人來住店説熱水壞了，可以便宜78塊錢。我問沒有我們的賠償嗎？前台説我們已經住的很便宜了。我花多少錢是我的事，服務打折了，酒店是這個態度嗎？
當天晚上還在屋裡看見了蟑螂！！！跟前台説了，前台也衹是讓保安大爺上來處理一下，大爺説，踩死就得了

再一次的入住了該酒店，主要的原因就是坐長途車方便。首先再次吐槽酒店的防盜鏈，每次入住每次都在説沒有防盜鏈，酒店也曾回覆説我住的房間缺失，會盡快修繕，可以我已經住了三年了，每次入住房間也不同，怎麼我住的房間防盜鏈都缺失了？再有讓我頭皮發麻感覺噁心的是，明明是已經做好的房間，馬桶裏的水為什麼顏色不對。還有就是，客房服務員也挺有意思，兩個枕頭為什麼讓它倆隔岸相望，一個枕頭甚至在床頭櫃上。還有洗浴用熱水水壓太低，最後希望酒店管理層真正對客房衞生重視起來，本來生意就不好做，別再因為衞生問題把客人拒之門外。
