This place was great...they moved us to a new room bigger room because ours wasn't ready at no extra cost and we were actually checking in early and didn't charge for that either...lovely staff clean rooms and awesome breakfast...at check in they even give complimentary warm chocolate chip cookies and the were amazing...nice touch💜

There was only one issue that I had. There wasn't a microwave in the room. Other than that, no problems. Room was clean, staff was welcoming.

Breakfast was not included and you have to pay for parking. Other than that, a very safe place to stay, clean, family friendly, solo travel friendly, comfy bed, upgraded shower. Overall very nice hotel

We arrived at 7:00 PM and is was almost 8:00’before we were able to check in. Was not offered free breakfast or free parking or anything for the inconvenience of not being able to check in. The employee was very nice and apologetic but, i just feel like something should have been done to compensate us for the inconvenience.

Room could use more attention to detail. No hot water at the lavatory 2 towels with no more available when we checked in. The TV would not work. The window shades don’t cover the opening.

I was supposed to check in at 4:00pm. I get a a call to check in my room until after 10:00pm. Once I was able to check in staff could not guarantee that my room would be clean. After checking in and inspecting that room was clean enough to staff the night, I was denied more towels as 4 people were in one room and we only had 3 towels. If at was to check out of a room 6 hours late I would be charged for any additional day. I feel my room should be comp and I should receive a free staff if I ever decided to return to this hotel, which is highly unlikely due to the service and my experience.
