Check in was quick and easy as room was prepaid through Trip.com. Location is fairly central in Birmingham which allowed me to gather with family for wedding related events that were in different locations over my weekend stay.
Hotel was clean, quiet, with food selections close by or using doordash or other services a minimal wait.
Hotel is dog friendly - however I saw no one with pets while there.
3rd floor was quiet, no rowdy guests disturbing anyone. Overall very well run, pleasant staff, breakfast was as described from 6-10am with hot and cold options.
If you want a solid stay central to pretty much everything this hotel is a solid choice.

The only review I have is ,when I walked in the room the air was not operating the way it was suppose to.A couple of gnats were flying around. Other than that had a good stay.

The hotel is a little dated but seems to have had a recent remodel. The floors are LVP in the room and had a greasy film from cleaning products so it was little slippery. The elevators have a time release scent release and it is a bit overwhelming. Lots of over doing it with smells to cover up old smells. Not great but if you dont mind that, the beds were comfortable enough, Staff was very nice and accomodating.

AC wasn't old & didn't work well, very muggy in the rooms (very humid while trying to sleep,sweaty), floors were not swept well, extremely musty & old smoke smell. Breakfast was not good at all.

Loved this hotel . The only issue I have are the internet didn’t work. And the bathrooms could be a bit more clean but I loved how attentive the staff was to help you out.
