Sarah C, on night shift, was really helpful & kindly helped us to change rooms because our first room had noisy neighbours on both sides. Our second room was much better. Sarah was very kind and accommodating. Amazing customer service

Most amazing service ever, all reception staff were the best that we have ever experienced and the way they chatted and gave treats to our grandchildren was incredible. Was truly lost for words, great location, breakfast excellent, room fab and restaurant and cleaning teams were so friendly, Thank you so much for an amazing experience
