5* doesn’t do it justice, we were greeted by Nasim, Latia and Sally quite late in the evening after a long drive and they went out of their way for service, an absolute credit to hospitality in general and just incredibly kind and welcoming people

Very welcoming and friendly, a lovely glass of Prosecco on check in and some sweet treats delivered to the door! Comfy bed, great view from the room and absolutely would recommend 💯

Really nice hotel in a good location. Car park was a good ten minutes away and in the snow it was a bit of a pain. Only other moan was we asked for a room clean as we were there three nights and it never happened due to lack of staff. Would go back and the staff were really helpful apart from the mentioned abouve

I thought this would be a 5 star review. Then everything went wrong when I dared ask for the room to be cleaned. We were staying here for 3 nights as part of my husbands 50th birthday celebrations. After 2 nights, the towels needing changing, toilet paper was running low and room needed a quick freshen up. I asked for this at 10am then went out for the day. Came back after 4, it hadnt been done. Got the lift back down to reception, asked again. The receptionist said she would have to do it herself which made me feel bad but I said thank you, we will go for a walk and get out of your way Came back an hour later. Still not done. Can't have a shower and get ready to go out as we have no clean towels. Can't relax in the room . Getting ready to go and ask again. Staying in a premier plus room..did not expect to have to plead for it to be cleaned. Not good.

Had an amazing stay at the Premier Inn thanks to Nabs and Will. From the moment me and my two friends arrived, they were genuinely welcoming, friendly, and made everything feel effortless. They were super helpful with anything we needed, explained everything clearly, and made sure we were comfortable the whole time. You can tell they actually care about guests having a great experience. Honestly one of the best check-in experiences I’ve had — big thanks to both of them!
