We had a good stay overall. The room was clean and the location was convenient for exploring the area. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were fine, although there is still some room for improvement. Overall, a comfortable stay.

It were my second stays with no 8 Waterloo Last time I was booking luxury one bedroom apartment but this time I’m booking for luxury apartment which smaller and cheaper but still everything were perfect just in this small room the bathroom were flooding all of the time cause it were no divider in the bathroom, and the water weren’t flow out

My go to place whenever I’m visiting Birmingham . Starting from the lobby it always has the ablest lobby music, looks like a lobby scene from Spider-Man 2 Sam Raimi movie. The staff super friendly, the building from the outside is beautiful makes you feel like for a moment you’re in downtown New York! The room is perfect, a place that makes you feel like home, you can cook for yourself or order food as Birmingham has many good food options online available to order. Only thing which isn’t bad wish it had a place to maybe a gym to get a morning session in and other relaxing amenities.

Great location for our trip, immaculately clean property, comfortable bed and kitchen was well equipped. Easy check in with friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again if visiting another time. Thank you for a great stay

The property is conveniently located approximately a five-minute uphill walk from the train station. The room is a well-appointed, self-contained apartment featuring a kitchen and a comfortable living area. There is no on-site reception; however, a staff member is available in the office on Sundays to assist with key collection. A deposit is required upon arrival, which was promptly refunded immediately after check-out

Excellent place close to city centre and bars and restaurants will definitely stay again

An excellent gem in the centre of town. Beautiful cosy apartment. Next door to restaurants. Would definitely recommended. The carpark is approx. 8 minutes walk.

The apartment was central, clean and presentable. The bed seemed smaller than a double. The bathroom and kitchen facilities were good. The TV was not programmed and we were unable to connect the tv to the internet so it remained unused. We had two main issues during our night stay. One - Continuous Horrendous noise from 11:45pm till early hours of the morning 1:30am ish then for it to start again at 4am. The noise was bottles being put in bins and bins being moved. It sounded like the bottles were being dropped from a height into the bin then the bins being emptied. We had such a poor nights sleep. In the morning we could see that the bins were right up against our windows to the apartment. Two - We eventually dropped off to sleep to be woken up by our apartment door being opened and someone saying Hello..my husband shouted and the person apologised and shut the door. It was very scary and our privacy was disturbed and our sleep, and due to the fact we couldn’t sleep in the night, it was very unpleasant. I did not feel safe. I emailed the company for an explanation but had nil response.
