Student accommodation been let out over the summer. Rooms are bare minimum, bare walls and floors mean any noise is echoed throughout the area, as experienced someone 2 doors down talking loudly until 3am. Communal kitchen was a total disgrace, over flowing bins, bin bags dumped with contents falling out, work surfaces filthy, sink full of unwashed dishes and the crowning glory, the fridge, mold dirt, food left over left in the fridge and the stench when you open the door would make you gag, I am surprised they is not a health warning on the space. The only saving grace were the staff, very friendly and helpful with regard checking in. Otherwise avoid unless your standard is a dump.
