It is really terrible experience as I can not check in the hotel. A few attempts made to contact the hotel and no reply.
This resulted additional expenses on hotel n transportation .

The main picture of the hotel is not accurate and a more accurate description would be a Bed & Breakfast as opposed to a hotel.
It was a Clean and nice property.
I would use it again in the future.

The hotel was in a good place, the room was cosy and quite warm en suite room was clean and tidy could do with upgrade on mattress would stay again and recommend breakfast was included nice selection at breakfast cereal cooked breakfast toast marmalade tea coffee orange juice apple juice good old round choice

短暫期停留伯明翰市經濟選擇， 房間清潔尚可， 自行入住安排亦算方便， 早餐安排對沒太沒高要求的住客屬接受水平；唯房間淺窄及間隔聲不理想情況，對這些方面有要求的住客則需要考慮， 車輛亦衹能停靠旅店外的路邊位置， 整體的評價屬可接受一般水平的旅居住宿處。
